Companies House – Verification Issues

by Martin Creighan | Dec 3, 2025 | Companies House | 0 comments

Companies House has identified a bug in their identity verification service where information from a previous client (like the ‘preferred name’) may be carried over when submitting multiple clients in the same session. To avoid errors, users should refresh their browser or the service page between each client submission. If incorrect details are submitted, separate correction forms will be required. A fix is being investigated, and updates will be provided when resolved.
